New verticals focused on Women’s Health, Vaccines and Emergency Preparedness, and Precision Medicine. Industry leaders such as Fujifilm Middle East, Randox Laboratories, and Sysmex Middle East unveiled state-of-the-art technologies. Late last year, the company released its AI health companion PURA, a first of its kind for the region. Using advanced laboratory diagnostics and artificial intelligence, PURA calculates a unique “PureScore” for individuals. It offers real-time health insights and personalized well-being strategies. In partnership with Dell Technologies, PureLab is integrating cutting-edge technology to enhance early disease detection, paving the way for more effective, personalized therapies. This approach marks a major step toward proactive health management, reducing reliance on traditional sick care.
Siemens Healthineers: AI-driven Lab Automation Innovations
Siemens Healthineers showcased its latest laboratory and imaging technologies at Medlab Middle East 2025, emphasizing automation, artificial intelligence, and workforce training. A major highlight was the Atellica Integrated Automation (AIA), designed to reduce up to 75% of manual workflow steps in laboratory processes. The system automates calibration, quality control, sorting, and archiving, allowing laboratories to operate with greater efficiency and accuracy. Alongside AIA, Siemens showcased its latest specialty and decentralized testing solutions, including the Atellica HEMA 530 hematology analyzer, CN 3000 hemostasis system, and IMMULITE 2000 XPi allergy analyzer. These advancements align with the company’s vision to optimize laboratory operations through human-centered engineering and automation.
Siemens also reaffirmed its commitment to workforce development with the Healthineers Academy Dubai, an initiative focused on training healthcare professionals through on-site and remote education programs. Beckman Coulter Highlights DxC 500i and DxI 9000
Beckman Coulter Diagnostics showcased its latest laboratory innovations at Medlab Middle East 2025, emphasizing efficiency, accuracy, and early disease detection. The DxC 500i Clinical Analyzer, a compact system that integrates clinical chemistry and immunoassay testing, was a key highlight. Designed for low-volume laboratories, the system enhances workflow efficiency with FlexMode operations and an intuitive interface. Also featured was the DxI 9000 Access Immunoassay Analyzer, built for high throughput and advanced biomarker testing, including those related to chronic and infectious diseases. These innovations reflect Beckman Coulter’s commitment to providing laboratories with reliable, high-performance diagnostic solutions.
