Arbor’s M1042, a complete e-health tablet

With the M1042 Mobile Clinical Assistant by Arbor nurses may no longer have to push a cart holding medical devices.

At only 1.3 kg and 2.6 centimeters high, the e-health computer resembles a netbook, but is vastly more powerful. Equipped with a barcode scanner, RFID reader, electromagnetic digitizer and an internal, two-megapixel camera, documentation of patient data becomes more compact and mobile.

The surface of the touchscreen also responds to a stylus and its anti-bacterial protection is adapted to the clinical environment.

Standard features such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enable it to receive data wirelessly from medical measuring devices. A desktop cradle is one of the many accessories available for the device.
